WATERMELON RADISH TUNA TOSTADAS

- 1 can tuna
- 2 tbsp mayo I like Primal Kitchen
- 2 tbsp pickled red onion raw red onion or fresh chives can work too
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste freshly ground
- 1/2 avocado cubed
- 1 jalapeno thinly sliced
- cilantro for garnish can also add micro greens
- 1 watermelon radish thinly sliced
- lime wedges for garnish
Get a small bowl and mix the tuna, mayo, red onion, salt, and pepper until combined.
Fold in the cubed avocado.
Arrange the sliced watermelon radish on a plate and top a big spoonful of the tuna salad. Garnish with fresh jalapeno, cilantro, limes and enjoy!
