Chopped Salad

Servings: 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 head of romaine  sliced
  • 1 small container of baby arugula
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts 

citrus vinaigrette

  • 2/3 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • salad and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Arrange all salad ingredients in a bowl or on a platter.
  • Mix all vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl, mix and pour the desired amount offer greens.
  • Toss and enjoy!
