small container of baby arugula

citrus vinaigrette

freshly squeezed orange juice

salad and pepper to taste
Instructions
Arrange all salad ingredients in a bowl or on a platter.
Mix all vinaigrette ingredients in a small bowl, mix and pour the desired amount offer greens.
Toss and enjoy!
