Candied Pecans

A perfect addition to salads, soups to side dishes. These babies are good! So good!

Servings: 4 cups


  • Baking sheet


  • 4 cups whole pecans
  • 1 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp flaky sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Add pecans to the baking sheet and toss the maple syrup to coat
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until the maple syrup has reduced into a hard candy
  • Make sure that you mix the pecans around a few times during the cooking process and keep a close eye on them. They can burn quickly!
  • Remove from oven and season with salt
  • Once cooled break up and store in an airtight container


Add different seasonings whem salting the pecans to change things up a bit. Diffenent flavors can be fun! Try adding chipotle powder to spice them up or thyme + rosmary for an herby punch.
