WE’LL DO THE MIXING, YOU DO THE MINGLING

Everybody loves a good party—we sure do!—whether yours is a celebration or a just-because kind of shindig, we’re here for it. We’re game for the fancy, white napkin and champagne kind of occasion, and just as serious about a relaxing, outdoor summer fiesta, too.

Host your celebration with a delicious meal and all the things that make a party: decor, florals and rentals if you need them. Just add guests!

Sometimes the occasion is too special to just serve dinner—we get it. This part of our business grew organically (just like our ingredients—see what we did there?) from one client’s need for a little extra help and how much fun we had being the helpers! Next thing we knew, we were planning tablescapes and flower arrangements in our daydreams, and the rest is history. 

As with everything else we do, we like to keep things pretty intimate, so our Occasions package is still for guests lists that top out around 45 people. (Think of them as Gatherings with fancier clothes on.) Looking for a wedding caterer? We’re happy to point you in the direction of one of our friends.

the plan

Work with Amy to coordinate the menu, preparation, and serving, plus a theme or style for your decor and florals. We’ll do the grocery shopping and decor gathering and arrive ready to start setting up and cooking.

the prep

While we’re in the kitchen, feel free to go about your day as you like. We’ll handle any deliveries of rentals, decor setup, plus make sure the table’s set and food is ready when you’re ready to eat!

You enjoy your meal while we clean up the kitchen and package any leftovers. Plus, we’ll take care of the dishes and make sure you basically don’t have to lift a finger … except to grab your fork.

Here’s what we’ll serve up

The average Occasion includes a delicious menu of organic, locally sourced ingredients including two appetizers, choice of a soup or salad, main course, vegetable, side dish and dessert to serve up to 45 people. Plus, we’ll gather florals and table decor, and arrange for any rentals of seating, tables or servingware you might need. Remember, every menu is custom created to fit your occasion, so if you had something else in mind we’ll go from there!

Based on an average of one prepared meal for a group of twenty, including two appetizers, choice of one soup or salad, one entree, one veggie, and one side. Also includes 8-hour minimum $2,000-day rate for head chef and at least one assistant, plus a minimum $795 labor fee and $500 in grocery reimbursement.
