These little bundles of joy can be served as a vegetable side dish or an appetizer! I serve them as an appetizer for a party, just pick up with and take a bite, but recommend using a plate just in case it gets messy. Or as a side dish for a steak night menu, grilled ribeye, creamy mashed potatoes and bacon wrapped green beans. It will be a crowd pleaser for sure. Good applewood smoked bacon is the best and I personally like thinly sliced bacon for this recipe. Niman Ranch is one of my go-to brands. I have used thick cut bacon before and it tends to split and break when wrapping. Baking these in the oven make sure that the bacon is cooked through and crispy. Let’s be honest, people don’t like soggy bacon. Hope you enjoy!
