If I had a eat one type of cuisine for the rest of my life hands down it would be Mexican food. Tacos, tamales, to tortilla soup, I will devour it all one plate at a time especially these pork tacos.

I start this recipe with a pork shoulder. My amazing butcher in South Lake Tahoe, Overland Meat & Seafood will cube the meat into 4-inch chunks. Then all I have to do is plop all the meat from the butcher into the crock pot, not dirty another cutting board. Sounds good to me, and saving you time.
